Our Approach to Healthcare
True North Transformative Health is our approach to healthcare. The current healthcare model does not work when addressing and preventing the underlying causes of chronic disease. Our team of healthcare professionals has come up with a better way to combat chronic disease and improve the health of our community and YOU!
Ask Yourself
- Do I want to improve my health?
- Am I at risk of developing chronic disease and obesity? (sedentary lifestyle, poor diet, family history, overweight, chronic fatigue, poor rest)
- Do I already have a chronic disease? (hypertension, high cholesterol, pre-diabetes, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, metabolic syndrome)
- Do I want to decrease the amount of medications I’m taking?
- Do I want to fix the underlying issues and avoid more medications, disease and early death?
- Do I want to prevent worsening disease?
- Am I physically deconditioned?
- Am I unhappy with my health?
- Do I want to feel better and function better?
- Am I ready to make myself and my health a priority?
If you answered yes to any of the above,
there are 2 path options individually designed based on your needs.
Both paths move you towards the same goal.
Path 1 & 2
